Within this role, you’ll enable our customers to perform their tasks within NEXTRADE rapidly, smoothly and efficiently. You complement our existing team as new requirements evolve.
  • Design, development and testing of new features in our NEXTRADE platform
  • Review and enhancement of the look-and-feel and usability of NEXTRADE
  • Taking ownership in getting the job done while staying on top of things

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Educational IT background (degree, apprenticeship, professional experience)
  • Unconventional thinking
  • Ability to turn requests into performant and clear user interfaces
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Within this role, you take care that all systems run smoothly. You use monitoring systems to identify critical bottlenecks, you communicate those before they grow larger. Due to your proactive and responsible actions, failures remain an exception.
  • Supervision of our VMWare infrastracture (running on Linux and Windows servers)
  • Migration of our servers and services to AWS cloud
  • Supporting our network of Windows clients
  • Taking ownership in getting the job done while staying on top of things
  • Self-initiated supervision and monitoring of all our systems
  • Creation of backups, disaster recoveries (if necessary)

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Educational IT background (degree, apprenticeship, professional experience)

  • Constant refinement of internal and external systems (ERP, ESB, CRM)

  • Preparation, maintenance and transmission of article master data
  • Operational tasks in the context of article data exchange and preparation
  • Assistance in content preparation for our B2B marketplace
  • Transformation and unification of data formats
  • Usage of project management tools, databases and archiving systems
  • Creation of tickets in an issue tracking system
  • Constant refinement of our systems

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Preferrable: completed commercial training, experience in data management or similar fields
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Good experience with Microsoft Access + Excel
  • XML / EDI / SQL skills, VBA desirable
